Each hoop is handcrafted in Ireland & must be built before it ships out. Review shipping times carefully so you can be sure to get your order in time. The processing time is typically 1-2 weeks your patience is greatly appreciated. If your order is time-sensitive get in touch to find out if it can be sent out in time for you.

All hoops are measured using the outer diameter. This is the distance across the widest part of the hoop, including the width of the tubing.

Available in both 3/4″ (19mm) thickness tubing and ultra-thin 5/8″ (16mm) thickness tubing. 

• 3/4″ tubing is best for those who want to perform mainly on-body tricks. The 3/4″ thick tubing holds up well to breaks & reversals, the weight of the tubing also allows for a slower flow.
• 5/8″ tubing option is best for high-speed tricks, isolations, & a smooth flow between on-body & off-body moves. It is lighter and more responsive than the 3/4″ tubing.

Beginners

If you’re just starting your hoop journey we suggest measuring vertically from the floor approximately to your navel or the top of your hip bone. If you have a larger body size you will want a slightly bigger hoop. If you have a smaller body size you will want a slightly smaller hoop.

Recommendation -Larger sized hoops are great for beginners & for practicing new moves, especially on-body moves, as large hoops spin around your body slower.

3/4″ tubing sizes 34-38″ (Made with standard connection to allow for the extra led pixels).

Intermediate / Advanced

Once you’ve been hooping a while you may want a medium or smaller sized hoop. A smaller hoop allows for a more varied mixture of on body and off body hooping. Usually, as hoopers progress they find hooping with a bigger, heavier hoop becomes more difficult as you try to quickly transition from one trick to another.

• We recommend getting your led hoop made in the same size as your favorite practice hoop. If you think you will be downsizing your hoop as you progress you may also like to get it 1 or 2 inches smaller than the size that you are used to.

Recommendation – Hoops sized 33 inches and below come in both 5/8″ and 3/4″ tubing allowing you to choose your hoop’s specs to your hooping style.

3/4″ or 5/8″ thickness tubing medium (30-33″) or small (24-30″) size.

Mini Hoops

• Minis come in sizes ranging from 18″ to 23″ they are generally used to do weaves & other poi-style moves. They are also great for performing lots of isolation type movements with one or two minis.

There is a 1-month return warranty on all hoops, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason a refund for the hoop can be issued provided it is returned undamaged in its original packaging up to 30 days after delivery. There is also a 1 or 2 year replacement warranty on our LED Hula Hoops if anything happens to your hoop within the first year it can be fixed or replaced it for free.

Your hoop is supplied with lithium-ion batteries if overcharged or if exposed to extreme heat these batteries can be very dangerous and can be a fire hazard.
