If you encounter any issues with your hoop, I’m happy to accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and make sure to ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.

For urgent needs, we highly recommend selecting express shipping, when available, to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Your hoop comes with a 1- or 2-year warranty, depending on the model you choose. If you experience any issues while the product is under warranty, we will repair it free of charge.
