Returns

If there is any issue with your hoop, I gladly accept returns and exchanges just contact me within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the card or account that was used to make the purchase.
  • You must include all parts that came with the item including remote, charging unit and USB cable. If some items are not returned, the cost will be deducted in your refund.
  • Return shipping must be in a secure box such as the one which the item was shipped in. Please zip tie or tape the hoop in proper coiled position and do not connect the ends of the hoop to ensure safe return.

Warranty

TwiLight Hoops offers a warranty with all hoops, see each model for warranty periods. If there is any issue with this product while it is under warranty it can be repaired free of charge provided it is not caused by hoop misuse. This warranty does not cover hoop misuse. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless it is deemed that the defect was present on arrival.

These hoops contain sensitive components and it’s the responsibility of the customer to avoid misuse of the hoop and to take proper care of the hoop. If misuse or abuse of the hoop causes damage, this will not be covered by the Warranty, but we are still happy to help with repairs.

Hoop Misuse: Hoop trauma can cause individual LEDs or whole sections of the hoop to fail. Some of this damage may not be covered by the Warranty and could be determined upon inspection. Kinked or cracked tubing is not covered by the Warranty. If you’ve accidentally damaged your tubing, and you’d like your hoop serviced you can send it back for repair.

If a hoop malfunctions, unrelated to user error, within the first ninety (90) days of the delivery date, shipping costs both ways for the repair will be covered. If you are domestic, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label to use. If you are international, you ship the LED hoop by regular mail (not express) and we will promptly reimburse you once an inspection of the hoop has been carried out. Beyond this period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to get it back to the workshop and the warranty will cover the repair and return shipping from Ireland. After the warranty is expired, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Rechargeable batteries are consumable and are not covered by the Warranty, unless the battery is received non-working on arrival.

All TwiLightHoops come with a universal wall charger (usb) to recharge your batteries. Adapters to fit into wall outlets are not included with your hoop.

You release TwiLight Hoops and affiliates, employees, and partners from any responsibility or liability for any injury, accident or death caused by any of its products whether directly or indirectly. It is the responsibility of the individual user to take the necessary precautions to minimize hazards. Using this equipment states that you fully accept these terms and conditions and that you are accepting full and unconditional responsibility for any and all consequences caused.
