Product Details
If your hoop is not working (for example: hoop not turning on, section of LEDs out, major kink or bend in the tubing) you can have it sent back for repair at any time.
  • Return shipping to get the hoop back to you is included in the total price at checkout. Customers are responsible for the cost to get the hoop shipped to the workshop.
  • In order to avoid delays, we ask that your service order is placed in advance of the hoop reaching the workshop.
  • Please make sure to select the correct option for which hoop you're sending in and the matching service. Let us know if you are unsure which service is required.
  • The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is starts from the day your hoop is received back at the workshop it does not include the time it takes for the hoop to be shipped to us.
  • The listed costs for repairs do not cover extensive damage where parts need to be replaced. Please let us know ahead of time if your hoop has any damaged LEDs or kinked/broken tubing by writing in here.
  • If damaged or compromised hoop internals are found during inspection that wasn’t reported in the service order, you will be contacted to discuss pricing and options.
  • If there are multiple hoops being sent in for service, please add a new service product to your cart for each hoop separately.
  • If you need new batteries/chargers etc you can add them to the service order.
  • We cannot be responsible for damage to hoops during shipment due to insufficient packaging. Please securely send your package with all edges taped and openings secured.

Service Options

RETUBE: Select the retube option if you would like to replace the tubing of your hoop. Replacement tubing service does not change the size of the hoop unless a resizing is also selected.

RESIZE: If you want to make your hoop smaller, select the resize option. If you would like your hoop made bigger select both of the options resize and retube as the tubing will have to be replaced.

REPLACEMENT PARTS: If your hoop needs replacement parts add all that apply, if you are unsure wait until the hoop has been inspected to place your service order.


HOOP SHIPPING INFO

Make sure your serviced hoop will ship back to you at the correct address. The address used when checking out is the Shipping Address we will use when shipping your hoop back to you.

The email address used to place this order will be the email used for communication about your hoop and shipment tracking updates once completed.

ORDER PROCESSING & SPEED

Hoop service without any hoop repairs needed (parts replaced) will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the hoop has been checked-in, write in if your order is time sensitive. If you have any changes to make or questions please contact us right away.


Warranty Info

There is a 1 or 2 year warranty with your hoop depending on the model choice.

  • TwiLight Hoop Remote (1 year warranty)
  • TwiLight Hoop Pro 1.0 (1 year warranty)
  • TwiLight Hoop Pro 2.0 (2 year warranty)
  • TwiLight Hoop Shuffle (2 year warranty)

If there is any manufacturing issue with this product while it is under warranty it can be repaired free of charge. This warranty does not cover hoop misuse.

Hoop Misuse: Hoop trauma can cause individual LEDs or whole sections of the hoop to fail. Some of this damage may not be covered by the Warranty and could be determined upon inspection.

Kinked, creased, or bent tubing is not covered by the Warranty. If you’ve accidentally kinked or cracked your LED hoop, and you’d like new tubing, or your hoop serviced just send it back and it will be repaired for the cost of materials.

Rechargeable batteries are consumable and are not covered by the Warranty, unless the battery is received non-working on arrival. Contact the shop within 7 days to report any battery issue.

These hoops contain sensitive components and it’s the responsibility of the customer to avoid misuse of the hoop and to take proper care of the hoop. If misuse or abuse of the hoop causes damage, this will not be covered by the Warranty.
